Prior to joining ATHOS, Ms. Flores gained extensive experience on Capitol Hill working in both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. She served in the offices of Congressman Tom Kean Jr. and Senator Bernie Moreno, where she assisted with scheduling logistics, coordinated constituent communications, and drafted memoranda for senior staff.
Ms. Flores holds a BA in Communications with a minor in Political Science from The George Washington University. While in Washington, DC, she was a Division I student-athlete, built an extensive professional network across Capitol Hill and various trade associations, and conducted academic research on leadership and organizational behavior.
