Before joining ATHOS, Mr. Smoloski served as a communications and policy staffer for his hometown Member of Congress, Representative Andy Harris, MD, of Maryland. In that role, he grew the member’s national- and local-media presence, managed social-media accounts, and authored statements, speeches, and op-eds. He also handled the office’s Second Amendment and pro-life policy portfolios.
Mr. Smoloski earned his BA in Political Science from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the football team. An avid outdoorsman, he can often be found fishing or hunting on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. In his spare time, he also volunteers as a football coach for his high school alma mater.
